Changing in Frequent Flyer won't make changes to tickets. 30 seconds of googling suggests to me that they will need to cancel & re-issue the tickets to change the name, but they might waive the fees in doing so. so I would suggest staying on hold for another two hours :-)

Something Qantas do have in Y, is a small self-serve section for soft-drinks and snacks. I honestly quite like that.

Looks dead on to me, I've used 1.1GB so far... I got about 400MB free so far including referral bonuses and paid for 1GB (Seems I accidentally streamed some videos yesterday, woops.. but it matches up against my iphones recording of usage).

My personal tip, is that if you are transiting on to another destination... you need to clear security before you can get the train to the other terminal. This was poorly sign posted and not clear to me, once I figured it out I got to join the back of a very long 1+ hour TSA line. Doh.
