I dont know. Virgin's international routes open on Nov 1 so you'll need to wait until then to see what award availability is available. They aren't part of Star but they allow redemption of Air Canada and Delta for example so you can always check availability of their websites and call Velocity...

Call them. I've been using Air Canada and United to see what redemption flights are available. Looking to fly SYD-YUL. Nothing comes up on Krisflyer. Called them today and they found options with United via SFO, ANA via Tokyo, and Air Canada via FRA.
