I also understood that the MKY reference was in relation to the 'type' of lounge rather than capacity. Check in told me last week it would be by the end of the year, although maybe given the delays they thought if they have a longer time frame then it might be done by then.......

Same experience there last Saturday, down stairs full, upstairs closed - asked at desk and was basically told bad luck, could certainly have improved the comms (extremely unpleasant person beind the desk)........

I have found the VA priority service pretty good in most cases and generally better than the competition - the only times there have been issues are when bags haven't been tagged, guess I should have watched to make sure as well........ Also once much to my amusement I had left the priority tag...

I have just checked a payment I made on Black Amex, it's come through as 3 points as has the card payment fee (hadn't occurred to me that I wouldn't - so pleased it did).

I hadn't done anything after receiving the initial letter and the card just arrived as well, but not for the sup holder, need to activate this card then apparently the sup cards will be created and then sent out. Not an idea process as we will be away when the other card arrives and I'm not...

Generally always get a welcome back (plat), but never any other form of recognition - not sure what else I would expect though.......

Re: Sabre/New website problems - all my status credits are gone! Sounds like I am a lucky one - date and points to retain Plat all appear correct and points are posting day following flight, faster than they ever have..........

I had the same situation, web showed any seat economy after booking 2 J flights - but email then showed business as did virtuallythere so left it as that and hope......... At least you can log in and see your bookings, mine just says nothing to retrieve, again can see the bookings on...

I've booked a couple of reward seats over this period - just checked the ticket numbers on virtuallythere and they do start with '795' - don't know where you look on the Virgin site as I can't currently see any of my future bookings (have been told its a problem with the system change).........
