Yep, I have been successful doing that. I have two FASA's to SIN at reasonable cost in terms of points and cash. I guess that the US routes are that much more competitive - hence the scarcity of deals.

re: Qantas "oneworld" award (140K/280K/420K) Discussion No, I don't think you could do multiple trips, unless you returned to a different port in Asia each time. The rule says "one departure from the city or country of origin" so you can't return to SIN unless it's at the end of the itinerary.
