Qantas to Remove Domestic Boarding Pass Printing from Kiosks

Sounds like a step forward, as those who want to check in with a human, will now not be harangued and harassed by some Qantas employee with a KPI to push customers over to the "self-service" checkin machines, and a manager with big bonuses for reducing the amount of manual checkins at the...

Qantas to Remove Domestic Boarding Pass Printing from Kiosks

So they "would still be able to queue at a service desk for assistance" hey. that line was obviously penned by Qantas. BEANCOUNTERS! These money grubbing fools need to re-consider what they do. They are a service orgination that relies on its customers to survive. Penny pinching and getting...

QF Domestic Fleet Renewal: Airbus 320neo/220 Preferred

Good decision, just when you think you've got no reason to ever fly Qantas again, they come out with this!. Much better and modern planes than the old noisy Boeings AND more comfort for the passengers.

Denied boarding to Jakarta due to 'damaged' passport

I'm by no means a Qantas apologist, but this headline is just a beat-up. It should read, "Clueless and careless passenger saved by Qantas from a wasted trip to Indonesia and turnaround there, because they tried to travel on an invalid passport".

    QF-EK broken promises

Having flown both Qantas and Emirates, I'm GLAD Qantas flights are becoming less and less. You can't even get basic things like WIFI on Qantas, and their in flight and ground service is atrocious, so many times I've been delayed for hours or days by Qantas, for nonsensical things which just...

Feeling ripped off by Virgin advertising - we now serve food and beverage

So other than a generic photo showing a hostie serving some wine, is there anything at all from Virgin SAYING they will server you wine antime at all? Sounds like you have just seen a photograph, and drawn some invalid conclusions, and now want to have a WHINE!

I learnt a valuable lesson yesterday

Actually the pocket in the back of 3D is shared with him (4D) and the guy in the seat (4E) he incorrectly thought was blocked out.

I learnt a valuable lesson yesterday

Why not, unattended baggage is a security risk, he's lucky it wasn't detonated.
