Yep, ditto here. I have 160 SCs that have posted that 100% should count but says only 140 have counted to loyalty bonus. I've checked my partner's account as she's flown the same flights and all hers have counted to her loyalty count.

That was a multi-city award redemption so we could have a layover in HKG for a few days, but one PNR for the 3 segments. Was very happy as we needed redemption for 4 PAX. Interestingly the HKG-LHR also had 4 * F award for exactly the same taxes, however the F was a 777 and the J was A380, and...

Amen to that, this week I've booked award MEL-HKG Y+ and HKG-LHR J and LHR-MUC J for $420 total on a mix of CX and BA metal, compared to what, approx $376 for just BNE-SIN......

Hmmm....have we seen the last of the DSC promotions? What else, maybe no points or SCs for Jetstar flights, another halving of partner airlines SCs??.......no booze in the QP unless you've got a 'plus' or a 'max' add-on.....

Thanks Groundhog, we're travelling Thursday, though we'll be slumming it in the J lounge. We'd rather minimise time in the J lounge as the BOB* is better than the J lounge! *bubbles on board :p

We've got J on QF153 MEL-AKL coming up soon, just wondering how early we should realistically get to MEL for the 7am flight? Anyone seeing bigger delays these days through customs etc.?

I suspect that the check-in staff can quite readily use their own volition for op-ups. +1 and myself had one in DUS heading to HKG on CX. We were in the Y+ queue with Y+ tickets and were beckoned to the J counter to check in and given an op-up to J. We had no status at that point and I can only...

I think this is a good thing. The last time I tried to redeem the free flight I just couldn't get a usable day or time at all, and I had time and flexability on my side. Being able to use the $450 on international flights is also a definite plus!

We're doing that flight in a few weeks, will defo skip the J lounge breakfast if the poached egss on board look like that! :-) We like our glass or two of bubbles with our J breccies - what's the current bubbles on board?
