Does WP guest for Qantas F lounge need to be on same flight?

For my guest, it really would be. I would welcome more clarity for the few people who need it.

Does WP guest for Qantas F lounge need to be on same flight?

If you speak to people at the lounge you are about to attend the next day, it can perhaps be considered an accurate sign of what the rules will be when you arrive.

Does WP guest for Qantas F lounge need to be on same flight?

I just asked the First Host when contacted for my trip tomorrow, she consulted a colleague or perhaps even two, it took a little while, and the answer was that "OneWorld Emerald" status for the purpose of a Qantas lounge means status earned with another airline. Which is a very similar position...

Does WP guest for Qantas F lounge need to be on same flight?

It makes no sense whatsoever for them to express the rules that way if that truly is how they mean them to be applied. Nobody can rule out poorly expressed rules on the part of Qantas, but your appeal to logic based on the rules in their existing form just isn't working. You still have not...

Does WP guest for Qantas F lounge need to be on same flight?

Your need to repeat yourself stems from a failure to apply logic properly. That very same condition also applies to a flight on QF metal, not just to Jetstar. "If you are QF Platinum *even if flying on QF* then the guest must be flying with you, unless you are a OWE in which case they do not"...

Does WP guest for Qantas F lounge need to be on same flight?

In what situation could you possibly be a QF Platinum and NOT have OWE status? Your interpretation of how the rules are treated is equivalent to "If you are QF Platinum then the guest must be flying with you, unless you are a OWE in which case they do not."

Does WP guest for Qantas F lounge need to be on same flight?

If Qantas really intended that you could enter (say) the first lounge using either your status as QF Platinum *or* your status as OWE (with the former automatically implying the latter) and that they are entirely equivalent, then it would make no logical sense for them to impose a restriction...

Should I stay or should I go (EuroZone)

Unfortunately your argument makes little sense at all. If you have so many instances to cite, why cling to the most tenuous ones. When I listen to the ongoing Catholic disaster, I hear things done by bad people, not bad Christians. Even if your "dr" is not from a real PhD, it is a little...

Should I stay or should I go (EuroZone)

That has no more to do with Islam than the Lindt Cafe disaster. Just crazy people. I have lost multiple siblings and multiple children to conflict. And unfortunately I must consider myself fortunate by comparison with some friends. It can be a little disappointing to flee oppression and be...

Now possible to upgrade award seats.

As ComeFlyWithMe has tried to explain, it would have been cheaper to change than cancel. It is certainly possible. That is one of the advantages of the award tickets, that flexibility.

Given that AA awards can be put on hold the very first thing I do when I am wondering about something is just call and try to book it.
