Where are Qatar AUD Credit Card Payments Processed?

Thanks for that info. Was that on a Mastercard that usually charges FX fees for overseas charges?

Where are Qatar AUD Credit Card Payments Processed?

What was the narrative on the AUD payments? Did it say something like ‘Qatar Airways Melbourne AU’? If it says something like ‘Qatar Airways Doha QR’ or Qatar Airways London GB’ then even if it is charged in AUD my card will still charge a FX fee.

Where are Qatar AUD Credit Card Payments Processed?

I want to make a flight booking on the Qatar Airways website for a Sydney to Europe return flight priced in AUD. If I pay with my local AUD Mastercard I want to avoid paying a 3.5% fee if Qatar process this payment offshore. I rang the Qatar number 1300 340 600 but no-one could help me.

The definitive thread on Qantas IT gripes

I have these for both my outstanding GCs. Doubt it is a scam .... expecting them to be generated by some IT work on Qantas system.

I think I don't have Officeworks offer because I maxed out on the 140 / 30 offer last December. I just bought Coles Myer GCs and expect they will trigger the credit this time as well.

Gone in 5 days: My Award Travel Heist

I recognised some of those photos, only some though. I studied at Birmingham University in the 1970s ......probably the worst decision of my life. Birmingham has definitely changed in recent years for the better - try going for a walk along the canal by the Mailbox and the library in Centenary...

    New Amex statement credits

Have both on all my cards. GCs have usually triggered the credit (despite the t&c). Coles are retiring the FC brand and my local FC CC charges always post as Liquorland. I don't know if that means a purchase at FC will trigger both credits or just the Liquorland or what ...... just saying.

    AFF Member Stock Discussion

I was very surprised that the Dow and Nasdaq only had minor falls on Friday. I was expecting losses of at least 1k. I am wondering if Mr Market is beginning to take the tariff threats less seriously and a backflip as tariff deadlines approach. The real problem for the US is the bond market. The...
