The T&Cs say: Bonus Points earned are in addition to any Points ordinarily earned and will be applied to base Points only. Any applicable tier bonus earned will not attract bonus Points as a result of this offer. So it should end up as 20 points per dollar or 5c per point.

WP should get a 100% bonus on the base amount, so (5 per dollar base points) + (5 per dollar WP bonus) + (5x2=10 per dollar special bonus) = 20 per dollar
