I still find that my travel agent can "deliver the goods" better than most sites and mostly with better options and prices. Not always, but like mine, a good TA says so when online is best. I have noticed in the press a lot lately too more discussion about the value of agents over online services.

Further clarifying - the card "gets you through quicker" in the sense that using the crew lane is faster than long snaking "alien" lanes, but at the immigration counter, one is required to go the "full monty" with fingers, eyes and visa/visa waivure documentation as in the past.
