It is a strange thing that we like to complain when something is not quite right. I imagine the Chefs in the First Lounge did, during the day, cook hundreds of other meals that were simply perfect!.. Well I will be in there on July 4 so keeping my fingers crossed ... as is my son! EH

I'm up and down to PHE a bit and as I don't pay I'm usually in Row 4. Often times I have seen only 1 person in Business, though the rest of the plane is packed. I never put in for an upgrade though as it is such a short flight. EH

If we do get a J lounge that will be great as the food is a little better it seems from my experiences over East, however most of the 'Flouros' will probably migrate there .... not that I have anything against the Flouros .... it's just their clothing. LOL. EH

I think I have called the Plat 1 line 3 times re getting Classic Award Seats released. Twice got them released with no problem but the other time it was a no-go as it was an oversold flight. I wasn't really expecting to be able to get seats released anyway the third time. EH

If you didn't get to Silver in any one year but just under I think it might take about 50 years to get to LTG. That sounds like a fun thing to do for 50 years! EH

A Lifetime level surely is "a line in the sand" which you can never fall below, whereas the Annual Qualification is just that... you have to do it every year. I just don't see why just because you have reached a Lifetime Level either Silver or Gold you should have an easier start. The reward...
