As I recall, wasn't the problem that there weren't enough one-way business class seats TO Australia because of the ASA Awards, particularly via Indonesia. Because of this a lot of potential passengers / migrants have had to make their way here on rickety old boats in economy! EH

The 4 times a year thing is brilliant! The 100,000 restriction has never been a problem though really because as I see it everybody is a cousin of mine bearing in mind we are all descended from Adam and Eve! EH

I think I would much rather try to get to my destination on time (or sometime close) than worry about having no water to drink, flush the loos or wash my hands. EH

Mind you I think the best place for Mount Franklin water is down the loo anyway. EH
