I must say that I have never had this problem. I either leave the lounge and get into the priority line midway through boarding and get straight through, or other times I am there at the start of boarding and again, not battling the crowds at all. This is based on maybe 20 domestic flights in...

It would be nice in the payment section at the very least to be able to use outstanding credits (previous cancellations) using reservation number or my own Velocity number rather than using the call centre to make the booking and use the credit.
