Qualifying to plat on VA within a few months, then switching to QF for the balanace of the year is an option to keep QF active and see how far up you go. Partner gold etc is of no use. When MrsW travels, it is with me in any case.

I had no responsefrom HH when I hit gold and claimed. Hertz I was already with, but was knocked up to the five star. Have since switched to Europcar and have had upgrades with every rental. Word of caution, Europcar is difficult to use if planning on using in the US

So I hit platinum, and took the IHG option. Last year I hit gold, I took the Hilton option, never heard from them. I have re qualified plat already, review in July. Will I be given another option to take the Hilton upgrade? Is the status with the hotel maintained so long as you maintain status...
