Are the NZ flights treated the same as domestic - ie Row 4 blocked out until t-80 except for tiered people who can see the empty seat? If a P1 wanted to sit in 4 E, can probably book it. Shadow might appear at t-80 to stop lower tiers moving into it if still empty?

When they arrived at the front of the queue or were they intercepted mid-queue? Did they have to join the back of the red queue?

Isn’t the relevant date your QANTAS year anniversary, rather than the date you qualified for P or the date you were accorded that tier? What is your QFF membership year end date?

That's a good question, but I can't answer it because I had over 1800 on QF in the previous year in the first place. I can confirm, though, that there was some checking, and an agent telephoned me back advising that my 1800 rolled over SCs also contributed to the 2700 QF marketed and operated...

Thx - VIP team, after a bit of checking, confirmed that the 1800 SC rollover applies to both the 3600 and 2700 targets.

Thx for that - I was hoping that’d be the case because I earned more than 1800 SCs last year on QF. Was hoping the 1800/900 as you outlined would be the outcome (although I think the 2700 is QF only and not including any JQ - that’s how my tally grew last year as I kept track of it).

Do you know how much is supposed to roll forward from the previous year?

Correct defurax. “You need 1800 more status credits (to retain P1) of which 2700 more status credits are from QANTAS marketed flights” just doesn’t seem to compute.

Of the 3600 SCs required for P1 renewal, QANTAS provides 1800 as part of the Status Credit Rollover program. Is there any rollover provided towards the 2700 sub-threshold for QF flights?

When I fly QF I generally sit in row 4. I always use the toilets at the rear. Because I do the right thing, it really annoys me when the people from behind me walk past me heading north to the business class toilet. I love it when the cabin manager sends them back (which maybe I see half the time).

My partner flew QF485 SYD-MEL on Wednesday and not only did PB precede the red queue but unqualified people in the PB queue were evicted and sent to the back of the red queue. A number of people (in the black queue) made positive comments about PB being enforced.

They just should be on JQ shouldn't they ;)
