It’s a JQ flight - unless you booked it through QF, you should follow up with JQ. It happened to me once that JQ (actually it was 3K) didn’t have my food on their tablet. JQ gave me a voucher. I’ve found JQ customer service are quite responsive if they’ve stuffed up. Follow up by email - not phone.

Get a JQ flight from the international terminal for $39 on special some time (and a return from the destination as well). Probably work out cheaper than a city restaurant 😀

You may be able to negotiate a rollover of unused vouchers prior to expiry. But as far as a voucher used to make a booking which you subsequently cancel, I think the T’s & Cs say you lose it

Yes, but only because they have been deducted from what you have already earned. It’s a case of taking with one hand and giving back with the other. The net effect is that rolled over status credits do NOT add to your lifetime status tally

Very long line in red boarding queue for QF427 this morning SYD-MEL @ 9am. And very short queue for PB. So short I wasn’t there long enough to see whether the disparity in queue length was through good enforcement or good behaviour.
