Just had my first statement, it was issued on anniversary of card approval. Wasn't a surprise to me as i called them after activating to confirm what the statement date was on my account. Recommend you do the same.

contacted amex today to remind that their self-imposed 9th January timeframe has passed, got confirmed that T&Cs were met and request got escalated, was told it will be another 7-10 business days. Very poor form from amex on this one.

I've personally done QFF card then RTA with anz concurrently in the past, wife done QFF with active RTA just this month, but havent got the points yet. Plenty of evidence elsewhere that anz treat QFF, RTA and rewards as three separate streams, make the most of it while you can i say.

With only 1000 points the math is marginal. In saying that, i will probably still get a few to go towards the min spend on one of the cards.

I guess my case is a no go, but i'll ask just in case: what about BNE domestic lounge access after QF J international arrival connecting to a regional QF dash-8 service? No status with QF. It's a single rewards ticket, that was AFAIR charged at J rates, but lists the domestic leg as economy.

I had similar delays this year with their QFF variant, met spend on first statement, but didnt get the points until 5th or 6th. Was annoying as i paused spending waiting to convert from QFF to amplify points. If i was you i'd ring them up and complain.

Update: as per the customer service, the points for the October offer will be posted around January 9th. I've updated my reminder 🧐

Did everyone receive the bonus points for the October promo - apply by xx October, spend by 31st October? I've just remembered that i am yet to receive the bonus, it's been over 5 weeks.

spoke to amex last week, but was told said offer on my account expired mid-June... they still reassured that they run similar offers frequently, so missed it this time but will keep an eye out.
