@11sjw apart from the scores, have you checked the reports? are all your closed card accounts marked as such in your reports? i've found out that westpac took nearly 6 months after closure to mark account as closed on the creditsavvy report. Amex and anz were much more swift in my recent...

Once logged in click on your card account, then look to the long list of options under "Account actions" to the bottom-left. Note, that's on the desktop, not sure if same options are available on the mobile.

update: noticed in the app that the fee rebate posted to the account before the second statement; upon logging in could see the 120k allocated, would imagine they will sweep with the next (second) statement. all in all good experience with anz apart from the assessment dept call centre

it's billed on the first statement as two items: annual fee ($370) plus reward program fee ($55) note, my first statement arrived approx 2 weeks after activation hence i only hit the min spend in the 2nd statement and still waiting for the rebate
