Thanks. I don't think I was clear with my question. Does being in F on AA on any of those sectors give me lounge access anywhere?

I have a feeling this is already a "no" but i must ask. I'm OWR SYD-HNL J* - no lounge HNL-LAX - (AA) F - ? LAX-DFW - (AA) F - ? DFW-LGA - (AA) F - ? From my reading of the access criteria its a no on domestic, but there's something about flights over 5 hours?? Thanks in advance.

I think put simply if you make a payment tomorrow and you don't get the points, you may want to fight it, but you're on thin ice.

FWIW, EY J on the 787 was really good IMO. But i did have excellent service that flight so that might have made the difference

Thanks Kangol. I had successfully selected seats online prior to this and I still can for the SYD-AUH leg but the second flight I get an error "We are sorry. You cannot select a seat for this flight now. A seat may be assigned to you upon check-in." Needless to say I'll keep trying.

Speaking to a forex specialist there's 2 ways to settle the transaction. On card settlement which will give you $1:1 point but cost you 2.4%. Or cash settlement on trade which there's no fee but only $30:1. But the good thing is the tight rate to the spot

If you are doing spot rate conversions then they're pretty competitive.
