    Did QFF suggest that the fare class of the flight to be ineligible? Was your booking class one of CDIJZ as per the LA earning table? If it is eligible you may have luck through the ACA, but noting that it is probably swamped with cases at the moment.

    It is 6000 points per passenger each booking, which is taken out of the points amount returned to you. I am not sure what the current waivers are so the above is in a normal scenario.

    You may have to follow up with QFF, but it is Original Routing Credit (ORC) that you will be requesting stating that the changes were made by QF and not by yourself.
