This 2015 Chris Ringland Shiraz is just stunning. Aged gracefully it has a beautiful berry nose and is soft and elegant on the palate. It was a pleasure to share it with our international student and it went perfectly with a half kilo T-bone.

A fabulous wine to enjoy on Good Friday with a dozen oysters. Sadly the oysters are from Coffin Bay, not Sydney Rock from Merimbula. Nice enough though.
