I got caught out trying to pick up a hire car in QLD, they wouldn't accept my mySAGOV app digital license because they couldn't take a copy of it. I ended up having to take a photo of the app, then emailing it to them to keep on file.

Also how many people are actually trying to use a complimentary lounge pass per day in each city? Surely there can't be that many of them, and if there are and Qantas can't handle the volume they shouldn't give out as many all the time?

I guess it's the security staff? Kind of makes sense, a lot of staff probably moved on when they were dumped during Covid so they need to train more and that takes time.
