JQ codeshare flights on QF metal appearing in QF booking engine

It's full service QF stuartfaz for a fraction of the price. :p It depends if you want the FF and SC points though. I would book it, though I have a feeling this is a mistake.

    First Time MEL-LONDON

I highly reccommend trying to have shower at the Asian transit point as well. I always feel so much more human after a quick shower and a change of underwear. I have mixed feelings about the alcohol, it might help you sleep but if you can't sleep then it's no fun at all. But then again, you...

Great idea bambbbam2. :p (though I'm not sure if the OP wants to credit to AA or is looking to better use their QF points) But it's been widely debated that AA have a better rewards program and JohnK and Dave Noble have given both sides of the story here...

    Competition into CBR hots up!

True true. I guess it's just the different flying experience. I find them a little noisier and sometimes a little claustrophobic. But they are still alot fun. :p I was enquiring of Skoogle's love affair with them? :D :p And we've worked out some good reasons why!

    Competition into CBR hots up!

I definitely agree there Dave. On a Sunday night HVB-BNE sector, you can get three wine refills and two cheese platters if you're in 1A. ;) You don't even get the wine for free on QF mainline on a Sunday night.

    Competition into CBR hots up!

 LOL, me too. Let's see. We could go BNE-OOL-BNK-CFS-NTL-SYD. Maybe a few more stops for good measure. Actually Skoogle, this could be good for cheap Business Class trips to CBR. ;) ;) ;) What is it with you and the Crash 8? Most people try and avoid them.

Hi grahammaskiell. Welcome to AFF. :p All you need to do is join up with AA and then quote your AA number into your bookings rather than your QF number but this is if you want to credit to the AA program. Booking through AA won't enhance your QF ffp at all. Whether you book with AA or QF...

Happy New Year Yada Yada. :p I guess they're going to have to pull the jets from somewhere. I can just see it. BNE-SYD in Crash 8's. :D ;)

Opt in to Earn 10 Bonus Points for every $1 spent

Did anyone else make any last minute purchases today? ;) I got another $600 of wish cards but they were onto me. The guy at D!ck Smith tried to charge my credit card three times saying he couldn't put multiple transactions through at once.(3 X $200) I told him it had been done before and it...

    A "French-Apple" Adventure

We also visited the M&M store which is a must for anyone into chocolate or who has little kids. The store features the largest wall of chocolate in the world and customers can mix all different colours of M&M’s to make a special NYC treat. We spent an hour wandering around the store (it’s...

    A "French-Apple" Adventure

The taxi ride itself was uneventful apart from our driver doing 80 mph down back streets. The view of the New York skyline before entering the tunnel to come downtown was simply breathtaking. We were at the hostel within 30 minutes of leaving the airport and were dropped off into a busy west...

    A "French-Apple" Adventure

Before I post a little more on NYC, I wanted to post some photos from the LAX-JFK which was a great sightseeing flight whilst I was awake. Part of the Hoover Dam An Aussie's excitement at seeing snow capped mountains. Over Colorado. Over Colorado, a cool perspective from 38,000...

    A "French-Apple" Adventure

Thanks for the comments guys. :p NYC was vibrant, engergetic and amazing to the point where I'd take a two year secondment to work in NYC over London, despite the rumoured minimum 60 chargable/billable hours per week. Some photos next, Thanks QF009. ;)

    FF Question from a Newbie

Like Sprucegoose, I would recommend to stick with one airline as much as possible. (but do have FF cards if you have to fly with another one) For most of the travel you've mentioned, QF do offer services. QF now have a non-stop service from SYD to BOM on the A330-200 which will have Skybeds in...
