Yes but the discussion in the thread is that the status calc is wrong and it disagrees with the table. The calculator says e.g. LAX-DFW is only 60 which disagrees with the table

I have been rejected jan2023, may2024, oct2024. However, each of those times I had opened another card somewhat recently. Im coming up on 90 days since oct2024. Will have been 10 months since my last card in march 2024. Will apply for plat edge instead of plat. Hopefully something will work!!

When I call, will make sure I say "adding" flights. Hopefully that works. On BA and JL at the moment, including BA cityflyer. Will probably get JL or QF back from Japan, will route anyway I can. If I'm lucky I'll somehow get JL first to SIN followed by some MH flights from SIN-MEL or SIN-SYD...

The reason I ask is because a while back there was a W9 form discussion and somewhere on it it says Under penalty of perjury I certify I am a US person blah blah etc. Not sure there is a need to sign a w9 if you can just add to amex.

I transferred my miles and it shows up on the "account summary" page, but the miles total on my dashboard doesn't change and I can't actually use them for a flight...is this normal?

Assuming 100k points from sign up on a new CC, you would need to apply for 100 CCs, or one per 3.65 days to hit 8 figures. While I am sure that levelnine probably has some magic way to churn that many CCs, I can't imagine that his/her ways are within reach for most of us.
