FINALLY got through after 40 minutes on hold... they upgraded me. So perhaps better to call now - online system obviously gone downhill??

I've just logged on, see my upgrade request for my BNE-DRW this morning has been declined... yet if you look for a flight online, there are business seats available - and doesn't even have the "HURRY, less than 5 seats left" warning - so there are obviously empty seats! WTF?! Trying to call...
