id also like to understand how these work better.. in my experience,if the flight is full, the system becomes very weird for Silver QFF...as Gold it is slightly better but not much... seems like the only people who can select good seats whenever they like are the Platinum members

i was on the QF8 BNE-SYD about 3 weeks ago, and yes as a QFF Gold member i had 2A. great seat, although there was hardly any service (well, not much time really) i was actually going to SYD to get on another international flight so everything worked out perfectly...much better than flying...

was reading up on a few things, apparently top tier AA frequent flyers get automatic upgrade on their domestic flights? does this benefit extend to OW Emerald (QFF Plat)? any personal experience is welcome here....

It would be from Mel as it is a jasa booking to Lax.. How long is the lay over in this case in akl? All the qf11 jasa are gone for June next year.. Might be a good idea to get qf15 and try the new product, this would be better than doin the full Mel-Akl-Lax on the A330-200 I would...

yep, very rarely i see non-hot breakfast in J service on QF.. For the information, the crew was amazing and very helpful..just the product was a bit of a let down..if i want to eat pre-heated rice-in-a-bowl meal i can always book Y
