Last trip we did to coughet was in March, SQ arrival into coughet was around 5pm from memory. There was no need for expidited clearance as we were lucky enough to arrive when it was not busy. We cleared customs in a matter of minutes.

I had the same issue the other day. Shutdown the app, restarted phone and logged into my velocity account on pc and it was showing it was still linked, I clicked on link account again and reopened the app and it was fine. Which step actually I have no idea if anything I did made adifference but...
