My understanding of codeshare flights is that if it's QF / AF codeshare, it doesn't matter what aircraft you're on, earning is determined by which of the airlines you're ticketed on. So....if you have an AF flight number on your ticket, you're an AF passenger (even if you travel on a QF plane)...

According to my interpretation of info on the QF website (under Earning points, then Airline Earning Table), you would earn points for the flts between SYD, BKK and CPH but not between CPH and LHR. They're only earned on flights witthin Scandinavia (with some exceptions) and between Scandinavia...

SCs are only earned on (eligible) oneworld fllights. While SA have rejoined the QF Frequent Flyer program, they're not part of oneworld, so IF the flight is eligible, it's points only.

Maybe you've saved / bookmarked an old version of the site? There's something related you this sort of problem on the Qantas website in the help area: Answer You're supposed to "clear your cache"; all techno-babble to me but looks like there's pretty easy to follow instructions.
