    My ex in laws, both in their 90s, have just been hospitalised in London. I don't rate their chances 😔 Another cousin and her husband (20s) in Essex caught it from tradespeople in their new house. They are doing ok at home. So sad to see the tragic mess of the UK.

    As they had a BP for a flight SYD-MEL on the same day as arrival, they had no intention of quarantining in Sydney. Don't pax get any information when booking international tickets to Australia that they have to quarantine at port of entry not final destination?

    I'm in the same situation and still waiting. My TA says that as I'd used one leg of the flights booked that it requires a manual refund process, hence the delay. I understand this but my patience and bank balance are wearing thin!
