    On surcharges - my beloved swiped the amex for parking before work yesterday... $10 parking fee, no signage on surcharge, got slugged with 80c - told him to snap some pics tomoz and we'll report. ACCC or Amex or both?

    Among others, I have a Business Platinum card. Could anyone tell me if an amex payment (same surcharge for amex as for visa) to Australia Post to pay for my business postage account would attract 3 Alt points? Or do they consider it a govt payment and only shell out 0.5? Thank you!
