Just got one as well. Already requalified as Plat and currently pooling SWMBO towards requalifying Plat. I will use this - 4 comp upgrades per person per year will do me nicely for MEL/SYD-PER trips - might even tempt me into pooling my daughter as well to get 12 comp upgrades for next year...

I have not found this to be the case - whenever there is 1 FA then there is 1 queue, with the PB line empty so I can stroll up to the front of the line, get my BP scanned, and get on.

Also simple. 1. Put up with whatever happens since that's what you've paid for, or 2. Don't fly.

The solution: 1. Hate being reclined into? Sit in the first row. 2. Want to recline and not get into anyone else's space? Sit in the last row of J. Problem solved.
