I called on Sunday and I was confirmed in the 5t/5k bonus uncapped. I wasn't told of being moved to another promo. However I was told that I should be receiving points today. My normal rewards points have updated for Monday but still no bonus points!

it was 10 weeks (yesterday) since the last points posted but is it 10 weeks since your last block of 5/10 transactions? I'll be making a call on Monday if I haven't received any points by then. My 10 weeks is on the 7th December

I find it highly unlikely but maybe they don't even know who they sent the flyers out to. Maybe its a random thing the computer grabs a bunch of random names from parameters they have chosen, the names and addresses are printed on the flyers and sent out and their accounts aren't flagged that...
