What status are you? I have never received or expected a greeting from the CSM on the triangle as a WP after seated. There must be 20 WPs on each flight so I never expect it. As for intl, I am 6/6 on HKG, 1/1 on LAX and 0/4 on DPS intl flights in the Y cabin.

Never used them as I don't fly Transcon and I am not willing to pay for a Flexi fare. (My schedule is flexible enough to avoid even Elevate fares). If they allowed it on Long Haul LAX/HKG, that would be a different story.

I think your best bet is to call them and ask them to update your status and renew date ASAP.

nice. I don't think I will ever use it unless an airline/cc is paying for it. But we'll go from no 3rd party lounges to 2 very soon. However, I have really been enjoying the EY lounge access on VA flights lately. I hope VA don't enhance it and give us this one instead.
