Check daily from around T+40 . Seats may pop up but it depends if VA releases more Z class fare buckets. IIRC, before departure, they do process points upgrade waitlist before UpgradeMe bids so your chances are pretty high.

I use the older version in grey. I love it because it is the lightest samsonite carry on. The pull out handles do feel a little loose after 2 years of almost weekly/fortnightly use and occasionally abusing it with 5-10kg weight on the handle but still extend and retract perfectly.

Pollution + rain in 30 degree heat seems to make planes based in SEA pretty dirty. SQ Planes occasionally look like that and so do CX planes in the Summer.
