    LAX SIN and LHR are the biggest problem, however it is bascially every long haul QF destination where this policy of not releasing seats in P and U applies. The most disturbing thing is that on lot of flights you will see the P and J cabin filled up with staff travel/non rev pax. As expected...

    Thanks for the replies... I think in any event the QF FF will be investigated soon for deceptive marketing in terms releasing or lack thereof of Premium award seats - what is being done is nothing short of deceptive marketing.

    I've noticed even in Business unless it's really full there is the shadow? Last 2 flights SYD-MEL on a 737 I was in 1A and 1C was vacant...is this intentional or just coincidence?

    Flew a domestic SYD/MEL/SYD yesterday and standard points posted same day, however the bonus points as promoted did not show. Does anyone know if there is a delay or will it be like pretty much every promotion QF does a matter of emails/phone calls/chasing to get it actioned? Thanks.
