I cancelled a CR the other week, points were back in 2 days, fees were a few more after that - not sure when exactly. You can call and ask for the points to be expedited if you have a need for them (like an upcoming booking / upgrade).

Same timeline for me, have hit the minimum spend this morning so hopefully post in the first statement too.

I usually check the available seating on ExpertFlyer before changing - or even J availability if I'll get a better upgrade chance 😅
