    ... you notice the mat to stand on for security screening has been replaced at your local airport. The staff were thrilled I pointed it out and said they really like the new mat, the contrast makes it easier to see where to stand and the darker colours look nicer.

    @Ade do you recall the sequence of menu options you chose for the request? my experience is I get the offshore centres more often than HBA and I suspect is because I select 'new booking' option amongst the choices.
