Oh OK thanks @Ade, don't recall a pay with points option in the menu. I am thinking the sequence may matter as the nature of the call determined by the selection may route it offshore if it is considered an 'easy' call

@Ade do you recall the sequence of menu options you chose for the request? my experience is I get the offshore centres more often than HBA and I suspect is because I select 'new booking' option amongst the choices.
