    Me too, I didn't book any flights during the DSC offer last week as I didn't want to waste any more time with Qantas when flights and bookings are being changed constantly and I have to call to resolve taking 1-2 hours each time. I am currently in the process of cancelling a June flight with Qantas.

    I haven't received the rollover yet after a week into my membership year. I retained WP a couple of months ago and so wasn't eligible for the extension but I believe I'm still eligible for rollover.

    Last year's status support rollover credits were deducted from the lifetime total, then added to this year's progress. So they didn't change the overall progress and were just 'moved' to a new year.

    Interesting that you got picked up so quickly. I called that number only about an hour later and entered my QFF details as a Platinum and was answered at around the 1h15mins mark (no call back offered) by the Australian call centre.
