Phone them up - I had the same issue. A quick phone call and a couple of further questions resulted in my receiving an approval text message that evening.

A warning to those with this card. I note that this month I was charged $51 of interest, despite always paying the balance in full each month. Upon querying it with NAB I was informed that charges were incurred on my card before the statement was issued that did not appear on my statement...

Keep waiting! I have been actively spending on my card for nearly two weeks with no sign of a fee being added to the account. I can see my QFF details are loaded into the Rewards program section correctly, so I remain unworried. In fact I am hoping I will be able to record 3k of spend ASAP...
