The Velocity co-branded AmEx cards were recently pulled with a note saying that the new version of these card will be "coming soon". I reckon we'll see those new cards in the next few days along with some benefits that align with the new Velocity program.

I reckon that feature will probably come online in the next few days (hopefully). I reckon I'll be close, but not quite there yet. I'm sort of tempted to go back through my history and do the math, but that seems like a lot of work when Velocity will do that and just tell me shortly.

So, I just saw this thread and, strangely, I've had trouble getting TG476 to credit as well all the way back in April, but to Asiana Club. At time I posted this on Flyertalk in the Asiana forum asking for help: At the time I thought it was just some weird fault in the Asiana missing mileage...

I suspect this isn't about crowding in the lounges, it's more about reigning in a small number of users who are using it excessively and costing a heap.

Has anyone got any experience to share on how fast a points transfer to QFF occurs? I had a bit of search without any luck and was wondering what people's experiences are? I'm just doing some planning and might need to quickly move some points over to snag an award seat.

QR isn't going to get involved in that sort of micromanagement, it certainly hasn't with the other airlines it has a stake in, like BA for example, which even has a whole section on their website dedicated to LGBTQ+ holidays...

Sounds like it's a non-issue then and you won't have to worry about it once it's rolled out in Australia in the same way you haven't had to worry about it in Europe or the USA, even though they've been doing it for years.

What do you do when you travel in the US or Europe? Or is that something you're simply not able to do?

Yeah, I had the same experience coming off QF11 on August 16th. Asked where the MPC queue was and was told, "We don't do that here" and got sent to the normal line.

That seems odd to me, I've purchased extras (though not specifically bags) online in AUD with United a few times and never had any issues. You could try giving the call centre a ring and see if they can help, I've found them to be (surprisingly) very good.
