I've been trying to change mine for six years. Some have been changed, some haven't. An envelope will arrive with one name but the card inside has the other name. Their systems are a mess.

When we were in the MEL lounge on Monday they had little slips with all the menu items printed on them, so they could tick/number which items were ordered.

My car overheated last year because the radiator tank sprang a major leak. Nothing to do with lack of maintenance, just a part failure. And it happened again last week only four months after a service.

No trouble buying trays of 30 eggs from our local free range farm. And they deliver.

I found a very good deal for new years in palm cove today, so that's now on the agenda. I know it's not the best time to go but the kids will enjoy the pools and it was too good to pass up.
