My problem was different to that. The lounge passes are there, but when I attempt to link them to a flight, it says to try again later. This is the problem I had when I first started this thread but it went away after a few weeks. I just solved it this time by transferring the passes to another...

Has anyone managed to allocate lounges in the past week. After clicking Get pass next to a booking and putting in the authentication code, I keep getting the error "Unable to retrieve information . Please try again later." I've tried again later many times on desktop and app.

This all seems a lot of risk/ hassle for 2000 FB points per card. I have been fortunate with no issues in a few 10% off virtual cards I have bought, but I think one incident like jokes128 has experienced would put me off for life.
