Good Barolo is good but expensive. It's expensive enough in Italy and here the tax is an added killer. Cheap Barolo is generally cheap for a reason.

Share pricing often precedes results. I'm not sure about their P&L results but there have been a lot of Penfolds package initiatives in the last 6 months that I've never seen before. I've also been getting constand sake emails for TWE's other labels - again nothing worth getting excited about

I don't know this wine but the second label Bordeaux's generally aren't great from my experience. There are some lovely Bordeaux wines but I think with bordeaux you get what you pay for and you always pay too much.

I don't buy MR Shiraz at all so CS wouldn't be my cuppa tea. There is too much better shiraz (for my tastes) elsewhere. MR Cabinet on the other hand... Horses for courses.
