Unfortunately not, since Row 3 has not been officially designated as Premium seating for some time (the seats remain red and the legroom is the same as the old Premium seating however the table blocking the middle seat has been removed) and has been shown on seat maps as 3-3 for quite some time.

FWIW the Y+ cabin has in by experience been near full on flights to and from LAX and near empty on flights to and from AUH. I suspect this may have something to do with EY codeshares being unable to book into Y+.
