Do they reserve those seats for point upgrades, last min bookings or do they just fly half empty and never open them up to classic awards? Im logged in as SG.

I doubt it, following the booking, they need time to organise and call the person to confirm the booking and i dont think they are going to do overtime for this! I think this is why no booking every came out after the 2pm mark? Just on this promotion, it would be nice if they “give out” say 20x...
