    yes, this is an issue that some cities are not listed in the online booking system - had a similar situation when booking a domestic flight within Finland - not all AY ports are listed online. Had to do it over the phone and Qantas had to go through oneworld service centre to work out points...

    I had same issue with BPay - after a few calls I refused to hang up until the ticket was issued and emailed to me - was a long call as the consultant had to speak to ticketing to get it manually issued

    yes got through on the number, no issue, but was told tickets will be issued in accordance with travel dates and that at the moment in the system there is a 22+ day ticket queue so ticket may not be issued until very close to travel date - but don't worry, it will happen..
