You're not getting QR flights 350 days out because Velocity's booking window starts at 330 days

Yes...because the terms you quoted clearly state the max bonus is 125k during the promo period.

No different to the ticketed allowance. Extra baggage is only for ANA operated flights between AU and Japan...and domestic flights coded with a VA number (i.e. they would have to have been purchased as part of the international itinerary). The same applies to priority check in and baggage...

This is the nature of most of VA's partnerships...not just QR. Lounge access arrangements vary for each and every partner and Velocity Gold and Plat will often find themselves having to negotiate lounge access...and then conversely you'll find Velocity Gold and Plat trying to negotiate...
