actually I just called now - they said Dragonair don't release seats online. I can book but have to use 60$ and 6,000 status credits for each booking and do it on the phone, is that right? It doesn't seem reasonable.

Would like to book award flights from Hong Kong to Vietnam but CX only flies to Ho Chin Minh City. We would like to go to Hanoi, but Dragonair have that route, is it not possible to get a Dragonair flight with QF points?
