Registered, booked and burning some credit vouchers - vouchers get me as far as CGK and WP for another year. I then have a cheap QR J fare to get me to London, that gets me VA gold so I can be a true free agent for the rest of the year.

If you have less time, east coast lagoon hawker centre is a reallly quick cab ride away. Go to Ah Hwee for barbecue chicken wings. Bedok market is even closer, I’ve managed to eat there on a 4 hr layover and achieved a shower before boarding. Better than any lounge food.
