FYI, On approval of my Amex Hilton Aspire card, my Hilton account was upgraded to Diamond. Card received in US on the Mon after card approved on Fri am...ie quick. Now awaiting card to be forwarded to me in Sydney by relative.

Happy with it. Fx fee free. 1 Qf pt per $ for1st $5000 per month spent on it, then 0.5 pt per $....also have a very hight credit limit in case I need to buy / pay for somethimg expensive in foreign currency (eg J tickets). Main negative: $270 annual fee.

I avoid fying Y on overnight flights. On daytime flights, I "half recline" if flight more than 2 hours unless the person in front of me fully reclines, then I will fully recline to "regain" my space.
